Services

Four services. One way of thinking.

Most companies aren’t unclear about what they do. They’re unclear in public. In a room, with an hour, you can explain the business perfectly.

A website gets seconds, a shelf gets less, and what lands there is a guess.

That’s the work. We help established companies and ambitious founders find the simple, true thing complexity is hiding, then build the brand, the marketing and the product out from there.

Strategy sets the direction. Identity makes it visible. Marketing takes it to market. Product is where people finally use it. The deliverable changes; the thinking doesn’t.

01 Strategy

Most companies don’t have a brand problem. They have a decision nobody has made, and everyone downstream is paying for it: in the deck that gets rewritten every quarter, in the sales call that runs long, in the meeting where four people describe the company four different ways.

So we start where the money is. What you sell, who already chose you, what your market has quietly stopped believing. Then we make the decision explicit, write it down, and push on it until it holds.

‍

You leave with a position you can say out loud without flinching, and defend in a room we’re not in.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES

‍

  1. Discovery and perspective workshops
  2. Competitor scouting
  3. Research analysis and conclusions
  4. Ideal customer profile
  5. Purpose, mission and vision
  6. Core values definition
  7. Culture definition framework
  8. Positioning
  9. Differentiators
  10. Brand architecture
  11. Brand archetypes
  12. Brand strategic pyramid

02 Identity

An identity isn’t a logo. It’s the system that lets forty people make things that still look and sound like one company, on a label, a proposal, a trade-show wall, a job ad.

Identities rarely fail at the presentation. They fail eleven applications later, when nobody remembers the rule and there’s no file to check. So we design the core first, then the rules around it, then the templates your team actually opens on a Tuesday afternoon.

‍

When you can make work that looks like you without calling us, it’s finished.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES

  2. Naming
  3. Verbal identity
  4. Voice and tone of voice
  5. Stylescape design
  6. Logo design
  7. Visual identity design (fonts, colours, graphical elements)
  8. Brand styleguide
  9. Visual identity assets

03 Marketing strategy

This list is a proposal. Replace it with the real one. The copy above stays.

Most marketing budgets go on re-explaining what the brand never made clear in the first place. New campaign, new look, new promise. The audience starts from zero again.

‍

Consistency isn’t a style rule here. It’s what makes spend compound. We work out who actually decides, what moves them, and in what order they need to hear it. Then we build a plan your team can run without us, and agree how you’ll know it’s working.

‍

You stop buying the same attention twice.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES

‍

  1. Marketing audit and channel review
  2. Audience and decision-maker mapping
  3. Market and category research
  4. Messaging framework per audience
  5. Channel strategy and prioritisation
  6. Campaign architecture
  7. Content strategy
  8. Marketing collateral and templates

04 Digital product design & web

This list is a proposal. Replace it with the real one. The copy above stays.

A website exists to move someone closer to a decision. A product exists to make something easier than it was. Both usually get built long before anyone agrees what they’re for.

‍

So we decide first, on paper, where changing your mind still costs an afternoon. Then we design it properly. Every state, not just the one that demos well. And we stay in it with your developers until what launched is what was decided.

‍

None of this is faster. It’s just cheaper than building the wrong thing twice.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES

‍

  1. Product discovery and stakeholder interviews
  2. User research and journey mapping
  3. Information architecture and site structure
  4. Wireframing and user flows
  5. UI design and interface system
  6. Design system and component library
  7. Website design (desktop and mobile)
  8. Prototyping and usability testing
  9. Developer handoff specifications
  10. Design QA and launch support

The
outcomes

They helped create an identity that is undoubtedly a perfect reflection of our core values, and a synthesis of what we've built over the years.

Dana Ionașcu

CEO Abed Nego

What really impressed me was the thinking process behind every design decision. Nothing was accidental or unintended.

Eric Ralls

CEO and Founder, Earth.com

Although we are very different, the way you got us to open up showed us that we share the same values.

Mihaela Sofronea

CMO, Green Group

You raised the bar for us: we couldn't communicate the way we used to any more. We then applied the same way of thinking to our other projects.

Claudia Abrudan

Executive Director Fundația Comunitară Oradea

What really impressed me was the thinking process behind every design decision. Nothing was accidental or unintended. Every element had a reasoning behind it, and most important of all, it all fit together.

Eric Ralls

CEO and Founder, Earth.com

So our core people found a new drive, and carried that back into their own teams. Projects that came after the workshops started with much more momentum and engagement.

We gained further confidence in ourselves and in our people.

Mihaela Sofronea

CMO, Green Group

The whole process was a mirror held up in front of us. It also showed us what we actually do for the community, how much we have in common as a team, weaknesses we could work on. To me the process is the valuable part, beyond the final result.

Claudia Abrudan

Executive Director Fundația Comunitară Oradea

Defining and structuring our company values made it simple to put expectations into words, for the team and for clients, and it became clear who fits with them and who doesn't. To my own surprise it has brought clarity in how I look at our team and company culture. Those of us who stayed, we stick better together.

Istvan Barta

CEO Tracknamic

How we work is part of the work.
The method is ours, and it doesn't change with the client, the budget or the deadline.

1

We work in the open

You see the thinking while it's still forming, including the directions we abandoned so that nothing gets unveiled at the end.

2

We argue with the brief

What you bring us is the starting point, not the instruction. If it's aimed at the wrong problem, you'll hear that in week one.

3

We hand it over to be run

Everything is built so your team can use it without calling us or needing our input. Dependence is easy to sell and bad for the work.
